These do not have to be made like a formal evaluation, but providing consistent feedback will help your real estate team recognize what they need to do to reach the next level, whether that be with finding the right properties to check out or making sure that the clients’ needs are met at all times. Sometimes you can get more innovation and productivity out of those who are motivated to do more for an incentive. These incentives should be based on your team’s needs and wants, which means that you don’t always have to offer money or vacation days to motivate a team.
